DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
No! We are able to see you immediately without a referral, however after 30 days of service a provider referral will be required for further visits. If you are in need of a provider, Elite Physical Therapy and Rehab can connect you with one in our network!

Elite PT & Rehab is proud to treat a wide array of conditions with expert clinical staff, well versed in many diagnoses. We can help you with just about any physical or neurologic issue, including but not limited to:

We currently accept Medicare, as well as cash-pay patients.
